Application Process

Interested applicants should submit a cover letter of no more than two pages, along with their resume or CV, to Zoe Kircos, zoe@citythread.org.

The cover letter should share:

• What makes you interested in working with City Thread? Please share how your background, including your personal, professional, and lived experience, would contribute to City Thread’s work with cities and community partners.

• Tell us about what supporting a variety of people, groups, and organizations  using an equity lens means to you?

• Do you have any specific areas of interest that you would like to explore during this internship? (Examples: building community coalitions, working in and with municipal governments, effective strategies for community engagement)

• What are you most proud of about yourself? 

City Thread will schedule a 30-45 minute interview with internship finalists.
